Biography

Anna Sharifi is an electronic music producer, singer and live act. Her origin is Danish-Iranian, her chosen home Berlin. Anna's music is built up of synthesisers, moving bass, powerful vocals and - at times luring, at times hard hitting - electronic beats. The tracks are melodic and driven, composed of Scandinavian clarity, oriental longing, Berlin techno, and raw emotions.

Growing up, Anna was trained in classical piano and jazz vocal but since moving to the German capital, her love and passion for electronic music and the underground techno club culture has evolved. More than just the music itself, the philosophy and community behind techno inspired Anna to become part of the scene herself.

She's played in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Hungary at festivals and cult venues such as Silent Green, Kater Blau, Club Gretchen and Klunkerkranich in Berlin, and Rust, Alice and Råhuset in Copenhagen.
